Ms. Gutierrez advises clients on domestic and international tax reporting, remediation, and planning, estate and business planning, gift tax matters, and the formation and structuring of family office arrangements. Her practice includes the design and implementation of remedial tax reporting strategies for clients with existing compliance exposure, as well as forward-looking estate and business plans for individuals and families with multi-jurisdictional holdings.

Ms. Gutierrez joined the firm as a law clerk during law school and became an associate upon her admission to the State Bar of Texas.
